  • Return the Zeez Sleep Pebble within 45 days of receiving it and we will refund your purchase price in full (UK buyers). We will retain £50 for overseas orders. This is in addition to your statutory rights. 2 year warranty.

  • Most of what's around you is fine to leave as it is. Things with internet connectivity or high power can interfere, so here's a simple guide.

    These devices are unlikely to interfere. You can leave them plugged in / on.

    • Lamps

    • Small fans

    • CPAP devices

    • Anything that is battery powered and not wifi enabled, including radios

    • Landline phones, including IDECT and DECT that are less than 5 years old

    • USB-powered Sunrise alarm clocks and noise machines

    • Flat screen TVs that are less than 5 years old

    These devices will interfere with the Zeez signals. Unplug them:

    • Phone, Tablet or Computer Chargers. They are likely to be okay if they are more than 4m away from your head

    • Computers, tablets, smart devices (Alexa) or phones not on airplane mode

    • Internet Routers; move these at least 7m away or switch your wifi off overnight

    • Electric alarm clocks

    • Electric blankets

    • Old TVs, plasma screen TVs

    • Ceiling fans

    • Powerful equipment close to your head in another room; Computers, a burglar alarm or consumer unit (fuse box). You may need to move the equipment, turn it off, or move your head further away.

  • We deliver within 7 days via Special Delivery or 24 hour Tracked Service completely free.

  • If you are outside the UK you may have to pay local VAT and courier charges.

    Contact us if you are based in the EU.

  • At checkout, you can choose to spread the cost of our devices over several instalments.

  • The Zeez Sleep Pebble does not interfere with pacemakers or heart monitors. Heart monitors may however interfere with the Zeez if under 3 metres away.

Zeez Sleep Pebble Repair. We will repair your Zeez Sleep Pebble / fit a replacement battery at reasonable cost, after your warranty has expired. (Before then, it is free, unless you have done something silly..) Repairs generally cost £25- £60 depending on what is involved. Our minimum charge covers battery replacement / minor repair., We will let you know if the cost is more than this.
