We address the fundamental problem of poor sleep by encouraging your brain to slow down.
We copy the alpha, theta and delta frequencies generated by the brain of a good sleeper, and use those in a timed sequence over 4 sleep cycles to prompt a good sleep pattern. Other devices use electro-stimulation or powerful magnetic fields to penetrate the skull and change brain activity. Zeez signals are extremely gentle. Not strong enough to cross the skull. There is no sound or vibration.
Most people respond to the Zeez signals in one to three weeks providing they follow our rules.

Minimise electrical fields in your bedroom, put WiFi enabled devices into airplane mode, switch off your router if it is less than 7.5m from your pillow, and ensure a good environment within the brain by drinking enough water, eating well and supplementing minerals that are missing from our over-farmed soils*, and most people follow the Zeez pattern and sleep better. If you find it hard to switch off, your brain will lack alpha activity in the range of 8-12Hz. The Zeez Sleep Pebble generates frequencies in that range to help you to chill out.
Helps you fall asleep
If you can’t fall asleep, your brain will lack theta activity (4- 8 Hz). So we generate frequencies in that range too.
Helps you get deep sleep
If you sleep too lightly you’ll be missing delta activity (0.5 – 4Hz). We generate these, timed appropriately for four sleep cycles. After a while most people sleep deeply.

The Zeez Sleep Pad
Once upon a time, we used Zeez’s technology to make a beautiful flat device. Its larger surface area suited people who move a lot in bed, and it had additional relaxation & jet lag programmes, and a 14-day battery. Then came Brexit, and the pandemic. Component costs multiplied, and then they disappeared altogether. We reengineered to fit parts available, but each time we made a new version, that too became impossible to make. However..
