    • Computers, tablets, smart devices (Alexa) or phones not on airplane mode

    • Internet Routers; move these at least 7m away or switch your wifi off overnight

    • Electric alarm clocks

    • Electric blankets

    • Old TVs, plasma screen TVs

    • Ceiling fans

    • Powerful equipment close to your head in another room; Computers, a burglar alarm or consumer unit (fuse box). You may need to move the equipment, turn it off, or move your head further away.
