If you find it hard to switch off, your brain will lack alpha activity in the range of 8-12Hz. The Zeez Sleep Pebble generates frequencies in that range to help you to chill out.
Helps you to fall asleep
If you can’t fall asleep, your brain will lack theta activity (4- 8 Hz). So we generate frequencies in that range too
Helps you to get deep sleep
if you sleep too lightly you’ll be missing delta activity (0.5 – 4Hz). We generate these, timed appropriately for four sleep cycles. After a while most people sleep deeply.

We want it perfect in every way. so we are crowd funding early in 2019 to enable us to make the ultimate sleep device. Whilst we go about it, we are adding in a napping function.
