We ship anywhere that we are allowed to ship. A few countries e.g. Phillipines, prohibit shipment of products containing batteries, and we don't ship to those countries. 

Some countries require you to pay customs duty and / or VAT when you buy a Zeez device.

Return the Zeez Sleep Pebble within 45 days of receiving it and we will refund your purchase price in full (UK buyers). We will retain £50 for overseas orders. This is in addition to your statutory rights. 2 year warranty.

Check that you are using the Zeez properly, directly under your head, without interference. Consider supplementing minerals, especially Magnesium and Vitamin D. Avoid Magnesium Oxide. Suggestions here. Contact us for further advice. We have a wealth of experience.

First, test the cable. Contact us if you need a new cable. 

We repair / replace the Zeez Sleep Pebble for the first two years and thereafter at reasonable cost. The battery is guaranteed for one year, but in practice, with up to 6 years of use, only a few have failed. When the battery goes, we will replace it at reasonable cost, and we will continue to repair the Zeez as long as possible at reasonable cost.
